Triclosan has shown some alterations to bacterial structures, but it is not as widely available any longer.Triclocarban is very common and highly antimicrobial but again, there isn't a lot of data about long term resistance.Anyways, a typical human is exposed almost constantly to viruses, bacteria, phages, fungi etc that you really don't have much of a chance of not building up immunity over time.

I wouldn't do this, you'd have to install a subfloor under it, and then you'd have to remove it when you moved out, or the landlord could say you altered or damaged the unit.Have you already tried using deodorizers?

@Layn Minyard Just be aware that HUD prohibits marketing of their properties while they are under contract meaning that you are not allowed to advertise, show or alter the property in any way.Realistically, they have very little recourse against the buyer except to cancel the bid.

You may want to alter your copy a bit (Dan Kennedy has a good book on marketing to the affluent)...meaning the "My wife and I would like to $$$BUY$$$ your hou$e for ca$h" copy may not have the same magical and hypnotic effect on these sellers.Again, I think you have the right idea in looking for areas with higher percentages of absentee owners.
