Has anyone invested in real estate in PG County, MD?

PG county properties have been a hot commodity for some time, and there are still deals to be had.

Hello BP, I'm looking for an investor friendly agent that has actually done rehabs in PG county and DC that would like to work with me.

One of the posters pinned a table showing many business credit cards, which ones report to personal and which have no PG.  

We shall see if they make the interest only payments on time. bit of advice FWIW don't charge massive interest on money they owe you .. when deals turtle up your goal is capital preservation.. so just go for your principal your much more likely to get your borrower to pay just principal  then trying to load them down with additional huge interest carries.. this could very well end up in the same place you are now.. the PG is worthless unless they have SUBSTANTIAL assets that you are aware of and can tag a year or more later after you spend thousands litigating.. 

I want to create an RV park in Maryland; preferably AA or PG county.

I cut slots around the legs of the appliances and just slid it under each one. 

Given the recent slot-home initiative and sentiment (like yours) against such projects I know of no variances granted in the last 5 years for any slot-home project in the City and County of Denver.

I am local to you in PG, I know a few other investors and a few STR self managers... but will ask around about those interested in arbitrage.

Usually 50-100 pumps, large shower facilities, electric hookups, full dining services, grocery/convenience store, slot machines, outside and inside seating area, truckers lounge, etc.
