With you having taken the program, do you think the courses were built based on someone who already have knowledge in real estate or someone like me whose only knowledge in CRE are based on Forums, Youtube, free crash courses on financial modeling, and internet searches. 

So by Sunday night I had watched and read enough to start diving in and I created a small " buyers list " in about an hour.

You can do this by turning the shutoff valves off and watching to see if your water meter still runs.

I don't even have a real estate license nor do I have any real connections to real estate professionals/investors.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family, watching anime and swimming.

I understand you can find information about analyzing deals for STRs and managing STRs on YouTube etc, but wondering if anyone has found a coaching program worth it?

WHEN I LOOK AT ALL THE YOUTUBE VIDEOS AND TALK TO CONTRACTORS THEY ALL SAY PRETTY MUCH THE SAME THING, THEY ARE VERY SIMPLE TO ASSEMBLE WITH LIKE 5 PERSON CREW, ONLY TAKES MAYBE 15 DAYS.

I'm planning to grow it into other areas of real estate investing.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my three teenagers, traveling, and binge watching Netflix series.
