I know the strategy is similar to Wholesaling for marketing (postcard/yellow letter, Etc.) but I was wondering if anyone has purchased Raw land from Ebay/craigslist, Delinquent County Tax sales (OTC), Etc and been successful in the resale?

We have been wholesaling for almost 16 months and have been relatively successful.

I'm new to wholesaling and one of the owners i want to put under contract lives out of state.

Has anyone used either of these for their wholesaling business?

I'm super excited to start in wholesaling and move into rehabbing!

I don't know much about being an agent and listing properties but from a business perspective,  wholesaling is something you could automate and scale up.  

There are so many different niche business models, wholesaling, flipping, buy and hold, out of state, note investing, and so much more.
