I get your point still:) I've been told there is a monthly luncheon the 2nd Wed of every month somewhere across the street from the Wholefoods on Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach.

My wife would love to own/operate a wedding/event venue someday.

I wanted the wedding to be in the summer of 2019.

He also ate the tenants outside rocking chair that the husband had given to the wife as a wedding present.Next lease....no puppies.Had a young military couple who had one cat. 

If you have time there is a group of investors who meet every week at City and State Coffee on Broad at 7:30 weds mornings. 

I've heard the last month or 2 before the wedding is the most stressful, so do I want to throw the stress of a new expenditure on that?

Lease is on MLS since midnight Wed for 3200 I expect to lease it out this weekend.

It has been used as a residence and B&B and wedding venue. 14,000 sq ft estate on 100 acres with hilltop venue site with cottages and cabins.
