Trying to move a large estate with land in southern Indiana.

Trying to move a large estate with land in southern Indiana. It has been used as a residence and B&B and wedding venue. 14,000 sq ft estate on 100 acres with hilltop venue site with cottages and cabins. I'm not a realtor and wondering how to reach those who would like a investment property?
