Hope you can give me some input/guidance.Tenants caused all kinds of damages to my property. 1)Tenants turned down the temperature when the December weather was yo yo (high and low) last year, forgot to turn back up the thermostat and went on Christmas vacation.

There are more resorts here than anywhere, golfing galore, great weather (most of the year) low taxes, a big hole in the ground called The Grand Canyon, skiing, (yes an 11,000 ft mountain for skiing) we have more peaks than Colorado I'm told, great hiking both in the desert and in the mountains, exquisite restaurants, nice people, good roads, lots of activities, and we are only hours away from the ocean.

I love to travel and want to be able to do it more often without the tie down of a day to day job, not only for myself but also for my future family.Currently on my journey I am starting to dip my hands into gaining as much knowledge as possible, starting my relationship journey by attempting to build my key team, and preparing a plan that will weather storms.I am a veteran and want to start my journey house hacking and using 0 down VA on a multi-family rental, to eventually move on to more multi-families.I currently live in the North New Jersey area, so if you are around, want to chat, have some ideas, need some ideas (I can be creative at times) let me know!
