I wondered if anyone has invested in Mexico- I have dual citizenship- Mexico and the US. 
I would love to buy some land or a property in the Oaxaga region but wanted to learn more about financing land or RE....

@Russell Brazil Lol, the buyers agent went on vacation (to Spain) while this was going on.

The most sense I can make of it is that if I wanted a vacation home, but didn't want the burden of the entire cost, then I could use it as a STR so I can make some money from it when I am not using it.
