Is it in city center or suburbs ?

I’ve had a few bids for professional treatment at around $3,900 or $325/unit.

I have two fourplexes listed near the Medical Center and an off-market fourplex on the NE side of town near Randolph AFB if interested.

Sell it, take the money and when you are a little more centered maybe jump back in with the rentals.

Not sure if a bankruptcy would change the parameters or not but that may be a better option for the seller. yes if the bank reports the debt as forgiven.. there is an IRS form though you can file with your tax's that says your broke.. then you don't own the tax's on the forgiven amount.. during the crisis IRS postponed this so no one got that treatment but that sunset and now short sales or debt forgiveness needs to be calculated …. the forgiven debt is tax as ordinary income so a 1 mil forgiveness could be a 300 to 400k tax bill..

I am specifically looking to invest in commercial strip centers, apartment buildings, medical buildings, or offices in general.      

I hope the fact that its centered around whiskytown helps Calfire with water. 

Where I live, I have private well and septic,  but as you get closer to the center of town some residents have access to only the municipal water supply and others have access to municipal water and sewer.
