@Steve Sayler in our management contract it clearly states we will not pick up rent nor accept cash payments directly.Tenants can either mail us a money order or deposit cash directly to our bank. 

So I picked up a 5lb bag from Black Rifle.

The kind of deal that was easy to find pre-covid might not exist right now, BUT a different kind of deal might be ripe for the picking.

My house seems to be a better pick than the ones on the market (new kitchen, pool, etc.), but still.Given these factors, I'm questioning whether I should sell the property and look for better investment opportunities.
