Firstly to connect with investors, property owners, flippers etc who need re-model/demo work/tile installation done at competitive prices.

He's so far done well with that model with a couple of Airbnbs here in Gainesville & elsewhere.

I also told the tenant she would need a new business license and insurance appropriate for the new business model.

I agree with @Christian Styles; consult a landlord attorney in your state.

It's a 4br/2.5ba 1700sqft Usonian style home with a great view (sorry, can't give away the location just yet!). 

We are wanting to find investors who would like to enter the Moscow real estate market with a partnership in a business model that has worked for over 4 yrs. 

Itś conducive to model those mindsets as opposed to the ones who miserably fail at it.  

We are/were hoping to put a $60-70k down payment on a higher-end 'A' new build property with Rent to Retirement as I really like their business model/community, rather than a smaller down payment on a refurbished property in a 'C' area.
