- the type of copy that would put a tear in the corner Dan Kennedy’s cynical eye......and thought I would share my testimonial to keep it balanced and real, and give you another chance to “make it right” David.....or at least inspire you scrub your Infusionsoft list of the folks you’ve burned in the past.Below is the FF  “testimonial” you will not see in any mailers.

You just need to scrub it yourself since it includes people barely behind on taxes.

I have a VA scrubbing the public record for back taxes and code violations.  

I read the mailing companies can scrub your list for bad addresses.

Do you scrub your list to delete those, or do you call anyway?

Then I build upon that list by layering in another list in the same area, such as a high equity list and then scrubbing it for repeats.

Listsource kind of thing or scrub county records manually?
