Property Managers, do you manage your online reputation?

IF YOUR CONTRACTOR OR A SUBCONTRACTOR FAILS TO PAY SUBCONTRACTORS, SUB-SUBCONTRACTORS, OR MATERIAL SUPPLIERS, THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE OWED MONEY MAY LOOK TO YOUR PROPERTY FOR PAYMENT, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID YOUR CONTRACTOR IN FULL.

Nationally they have good ratings, reputation and offering wise from what I found.

Looking for recommendations for reliable, reputable home warranty company. 

If the reputation is good and the bring me a deal that is reasonable I'll lend lend them the money.

As an agent, I would only think its a waste if I have a client who wants to submit a lot of lowball offers and the response from the offers is bad for my reputation or hurts my client's chances of getting an accepted offer. 

Not to make this even more challenging for you, but if you get an inspection make sure it is from someone who has a very good reputation for being thorough.

If you're going to a small school that doesn't have a reputable business program you're not going to gain access to those networks.
