We networked with other aspiring investors at early morning meet-up breakfasts and monthly real estate investor meetings at the Columbia County Library.

I recommend checking out and attending some local meetups.My wife and I have met some wonderful investors and made many close friends from networking events.I recommend:- Omni's Cashflow Breakfast Club, this is a bit of networking followed by a long presentation with ltos of value and then networking- GRID, there are several around, I've only attended Carlos' in DC.

Purely my opinion ...What we've been seeing is not inflation, it's corporate price gouging.There was a report on Good Morning America today about breakfast cereal, for example.

Opened up the wall separating the kitchen and living room and installed a breakfast bar with that space.

I also met with  the owners of Smartland Very early for breakfast  they are a very mature company as well...

This is one of the most well-known bed and breakfasts in the city with a strong rental history and a top of the line brand and presence.

Many conversations over breakfasts, lunches, and dinners meeting folks with all different levels of experience whether it be in real estate investing or other realms of business.Thinking back, I don't think it was a complete waste of time.

Rich Weese is going to be in town and he emailed me today about getting together for breakfast while he's here.We are planning to have breakfast at IHOP on Thursday (Apr 18) at 8am.

I go to the gym 3X a week and so on those days I typically eat a leisurely breakfast.
