Should my interior design business purchase a multi-use space where I could have our office and rent out other spaces?

Will this also create enough contiguous wall space that an additional outlet is need?

We discovered during inspection that the hall bathroom has an alcove for a shower, but no shower installed and the space is too small for a bathtub.

Plus, I will have some time to get ready to convert some extra space into another full up bedroom. 

I would make sure that crawl space is vented proper, may need a small commercial grade fan not sure .
