What I mean by "look at houses in your target area", is that you need to physically go out, go through and inspect a lot more houses in your area before buying one.

My current job as a physical therapist does not have any connection with real estate and currently, I am spending 12-14 hours per day at work.

That way I can setup my guests with different codes and it only works while they are there.I also have a lock box outside with a physical key but we pretty much never have issues.
