I would try more honey than vinegar in trying to keep the peace before serving official demands and going that route.

Consider contacting the police and the county/city mental health officials.

If you are looking to make this officially separate it or make it a multi-family, I recommend engaging an architect in your area as well as the building department as you will need to meet certain criteria (independent entrance, another mailbox, etc.)

The official term for SEC8 is the Housing Choice Voucher - with choice being the operative word.  

(You should read The 10X Rule if you haven't).And maybe one day you'll be the retired real estate investor at a retirement home who has a killer development deal for the 90-year-old civil engineer who never quit taking action either.well I am not 90  but I still do continuing ed on my mortgage bankers license even though I have not used it officially in 6 years and I keep my CA brokers license active even though I have not been there in 18 years  LOL.. its a pride thing.. along with I don't want to have to take the tests again.. 

Just kinda curious about the forms to use, I understand the Official forms from the state but what about assignment contracts to the buyer/investor.

I’ve heard the structure can be problematic at times for obtaining it.I’ve worked on the bank side and they’ve been discouraged most of the times, but not officially.
