As an agent, you can also access standard lease agreements through NAR/NCREC.gov I believe.

That’s about $15K in commission and it costs me roughly $1500 to keep it active and pay for MLS, Supra, NAR dues, etc

I was able to save some $$ by pre digging myself to find the line and where the leak was generating from,nar where the soil had standing water at our location, the company sent out a back hoe and finished the job installing a new coupling..

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) was a large supporter of the ACT when it was originally put into law in 2007.

I am a member of NAR. 

I would look for a Realtor, not just an agent--someone who has subscribed to the code of ethics of the NAR and more importantly can afford to pay the dues to belong to that organization, as well as the local MLS dues.

NAR is going to lose members as a result and they may too as well disappear at least lose a lot of sway and power.
