I believe in diversification, so I would rather have multiple sources to pull from rather than hoping the one source I was counting on doesn't becomes harder (or not as beneficial) to liquidate at the time it is needed.

@Mario Furmanczyk, I am not advising you as to what to do, but I am telling you that most Escrow Law requirements (depending on who the escrow company is) limit our ability to release ANY funds in escrow without a mutual agreement that is active, not passive.
