Good Morning BP Family, Does anyone have a good Maintenance/Handyman in the Louisville, Ky area?

Louis county want to attend, I'd love to meet you when I'm out there at our first event on the morning of Wednesday Sept 12th!

The goals that I hope to achieve through real estate investing are: 1) to provide a cash flow stream for my mother as she gets older and requires assisted living or nursing home facilities, 2) provide a cash flow stream for my younger brother (who has Down's Syndrome) as he gets older and requires assisted living facilities and increased medical attention, and 3) provide a means of early retirement for me and my older brother.While listening to BP podcast #276 (my favorite) the other morning, I had that lightbulb moment of how to get started in real estate investing. 

Thanks guys....I'm going to go look at it tomorrow morning and we will see how it goes.

Most of my transactions have involved a walk through by the buyers on the morning of the closing or the day before, so I find this pretty normal. 

I set up the keywords alerts just this morning and have been meaning to go through the beginners guide.

More tools can never hurt.Not just RE and investment books, more books like The Miracle Morning, Never Split the Difference, Creativity Inc etc.

As of last night there were only a couple spots left but you may be able to snag one this morning yet.Aaron
