Missing light bulbs etc. 

@Chris Seveney "We don’t know what they told their cpa" I asked the CPA to review the LLC formation docs BEFORE creating the company, got the green light to proceed without any warnings or advise.

Im happy to shed some light and give some thoughts on investing out of state.

I'm doing the BRRRR strategy and I just try to ask for her thoughts of colors and lighting and styles of cabinets and countertops.

You risk a bad review if you're not there in 15 minutes to fix the leaky toilet flapper or burned-out light bulb or resupply coffee and laundry soap. :)

My business has been hindered over the few years since I do not have the guidance I crave for investor growth, legalities, etc,  and a recent event/comment has shown me I am no longer looked upon in a favorable light. 

Hopefully that member read this post can shine a light to that source. 

I did go by the unit and there was a car parked outside along with a light on in the home.

(i looked at the previous owner lease no mention of pest control)The previous landlord changed the A/C filters for every unitThe previous landlord provided light bulbs.Is that common in Texas?
