Is there a way we can ask our tenant to resign a new lease without having to tell them that their current lease is void?

Here's a copy of the letter, here's a copy of the receipts for both reg mail and cert mail....here's a copy of our lease. 

They want $1000 for lease up.

There are some forms of income that do not require any receipt to use which are some of the above (full time job just offer letter or ownership of newly acquired rental property (lease agreement + security deposit/rent proof only).If you dont plan to go back to full doc then stay in the no income/state world and the premium for these products varies between 1-2.5% higher than full doc fannie/freddie/FHA/VA rates but pros and cons right?

Looking to get a sense of what its like to lease to such a large outfit. 

When I want to rent out this house, I am thinking of leasing it to an LLC which will have both me and my wife as members and that LLC will be leasing it out to the tenants.

I've never come across such a vague lease agreement.

I have a tenant on a month to month lease. 

- How much loss to lease is there?

Does anyone have suggestions on lease agreement paperwork and how I can obtain one.
