Hey there Eric Benzenhoefer, I can share a good contractor with you tomorrow when we meet, I will share here that how I started out with him so I didn't take too much of his time, and I still do this.... was I hit the streets with the wholesalers that are cranking out the deals in the email blasts, and I would walk the property with my video camera, or my iphone camera, then I would load to my laptop while I was driving to one of his jobs, and then took only five minutes of his time to go over every detail, then if it made sense to him, he would get over to the property again, or I would drive him to it, so his office was mobile, and this has worked out very well for us both!

My comments as to bible toting investors is my opinion formed from experience, it's my opinion that the most successful scammers and cheats (the ones that get away with what they do) have their feet well planted in their community as an upstanding religious individual who is beyound reproach and would never cheat anyone.

However, my girlfriend/soon to be fiancé, and I are backpacking Europe for 5 weeks in May and the company I work for 3 years is not totally on board.

Just last night I switched from iPad to laptop and could not login.Error message said I could not be logged in on more than one computer at one time.

Well, last night we went looking for a MacBook Air that would help us look up properties better on the spot and be easier to carry around than the current 6 year old laptop.

Houses are not Stocks and Commodities, but, this guy wants you to treat them as such and the ones you can't Flip, turn into Rentals all over the country, that you are supposed to be able to "remotely control" with you laptop?
