East of Exchange close to lake has some bad areas and there has been a couple of shooting/homicides in this area in the last 2 weeks.

I have come across 2 properties in the last two weeks in Salt Lake where the owner has said that the property is one size and Zillow has said it is significantly smaller than what the owner says!

That is in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas.

I drove around WoodLawn lake area and I love what city is doing with the lake.

Lakes, colleges, etc.Now everyone will have a different take, and mine may not even be the best but if I was in your position I would do these things.1.
