Somewhere around 25, as freshly graduated bachelor's or master's degree graduates with well-paying jobs after interning and finishing their first years on the job, they truly enter the dating scene as adults with good jobs and strong prospects.

If the lender doesn't have any internal overlays (and you qualify) you might even be able to get conventional 30 yr fixed.

Finding the right cocktail of these components, not sacrificing on jobs is key.
