Each interaction took much longer than expected and there was a lot of back and forth.My offer was for $105K and the appraisal came in at $98K.

My brother in law is also looking to get back in - although he and I tend to differ on the home condition and tenant interaction so I'm not sure how much use my help will be for him.I don't expect anything from these people.

My office is actually in the same building as my property management company and my employees constantly interact with their employees.
