The sad part is the Agent was the Owner and attested one laundry room converted to an un-permitted 'unit', containing 1bed/1ba, no kitchen and a known illegal immigrant in residence, cash rents under the table.

Let us know what happens with this deal.Pay special attention to the area demographic.If a majority of the tenants are a certain demographic you might have to reposition the property.For instance in Georgia many Hispanics are leaving because of new immigration laws and checks etc.Let us know how the deal plays out.
