I just recently had seen an advertisement for this overages webinar, and because this stuff intrigues me immensely, I registered for the webinar.

I can tell you that helped my plan immensely.

They bought at what appears to be a terrible purchase, but they identified how it was mismanaged, thus will improve the value of the property immensely. 

With that said, one thing I will say that benefited us immensely was that we did most of the work ourselves, and what we contracted out was to our family contractor.

Decisions are immensely easier without emotion.I may have zero "emotional intelligence" but have not found it to be a handicap.

Yet I acknowledge that I'm in an immensely better financial situation than almost all of my friends. 

I've found him to be consistently genuine over a long period of time, and I have immense respect for what he brings to the table. 

Also, it is not only the African American community.

Closing the first deal has been an immense learning experience which no book could have taught me and I am sure there are many other folks like me in bay area who are also investing out of state and I would love to connect with them and we all can learn from each other!
