My deeded week is horrible.

So if something goes horribly wrong (litigation) are both (or all) my regular IRA and my self- directed IRA liable?

Some really are in horrible condition!

He has had his share of horrible tenants, but havent we all....Seeing your responce this type of investing wouldt be for you, theyd run you out of the city...LOL

What justification...It reminds me of how difficult it has become to fire state employees even when they do horrible things..Feels like government needs to get out of the way and return peoples rights.

For example, in MN stupid cold winter months I would drive somewhere not as horrible, find some BP members who know what they are doing and partner up with them on a rehab or a rental or something.

Not in horrible shape persay, but it does need paint, flooring and appliances.

The town isn't great but it's not horrible either.

Alternatively, I am hoping that if loopnet is a horrible place to search for properties, an experienced investor in the forum will be kind enough to tell me I am walking down the wrong path.
