To be honest, I was very surprised at the initial start up cost of furnished rentals.

To be honest, I don't think even drugs offer these kinds of margins (could be wrong, lack of experience). 

To be honest i could bring huge value from all the stuff i have learned from bp, fortune builders and youtube and it all.

It's a lot harder than expected, so i'm actually gonna get my realtor license for i can have a better chance to get this started. and about the San Bernardino properties... well i'm not to sure about them but to be honest i think if we look good and choose the right one, we should be alright. hopefully lol 

To be honest, I really don’t want to do anything about it because the tenants left us with $17k of repair!!!

I've had my license for 4 years now and to be honest I rarely use it outside of the MLS access.
