We are just a low wage family with a new baby and plenty of student debt, but I'm eager to approach real estate in the best way to provide us with more financial freedom and opportunity. 

I'm currently a teacher and after realizing that my 1-2% yearly pay raise will never give me any financial freedom I've finally found the thing I think that ultimately could if gone about the right way. 

We look forward to posting several success stories here and helping others in this journey to financial freedom.  

I also recently bought his book "Discipline Equals Freedom" and can't agree more with his thoughts.

I am interested in gaining some assets and working towards my financial freedom.

I'm aware of freedom to contract and just because we use a standard form as a basis doesn't mean that we can't adjust or modify any of the standard clauses right (by means of strikethrough, deletion or addition of language)?  

My Goal is obtaining financial freedom by purchasing rental properties and using the BRRR strategy.

Long term goal is to get involved with enough buy and hold rentals to generate passive income and, ideally, financial freedom.

A little history - I closed my first deal using my own money (turned over 25gs wop) in February which isn't necessarily the most profitable but still coming out with a 5% CAP this year (financial freedoms here I come!!

But I know I won't be able to do my job forever and I like the security and freedom that Real Estate Investing has to offer.I'm currently managing one property part-time but I'm looking to own and manage future properties; most likely out of state.
