If you're painting a rental buy the cheap stuff and make sure it's semi-gloss.

And make sure that you know this stuff for YOUR situation.

They canvas the greater Atlanta area, invest themselves AND run campaigns for off-market properties.They know their stuff and are 2nd generation realtors.

The state is pushing for it and I am sure were it will be worded on the ballot to sound like a great thing, 99.9% of the public doesn't understand this stuff.
