Do we know if this book has a downloadable and editable spreadsheet for this?

I just reached out to my old realtor on the Island ,  shes also an investor and hopefully she can guide me. 

They are getting booked for around $75-100 per night in southern Vermont with proximity to ski resorts and lakes.

Have you tried using the Scottsman Guide? 

There is a short course of recorded material, but not much else in terms of pre-recorded guides.

One booking 6 weeks from now really handicaps your ability to book MTR guests. 

They generally don't want unpermitted issues on the books any more than you do.Better to do this ASAP and not mess with it, you want to show that you are serious about getting this corrected.

It's the worst because it's pretty difficult to navigate if you don't have someone experienced to guide the way.
