The contract is a tool to limit risk, it should be detailed enough to communicate to both parties what each expects the other to contribute.It should also have time limits, what will happen if one or the other doesn't fulfill the obligations, contain all the information required by law in contract.  

I believe that knowledge can lead to a fulfilling experience in life.

Having two surgeries in August, one to give birth to our beautiful baby Praise and one to Save my Life I found my self desiring to fulfill a long time dream.

Although this is definitely a great area to expand into (since there are plenty of societal benefits) it seems to me (especially after listening to podcast 3) that there is virtually no room to grow initially.

You'll make more money and have a more fulfilling career in real estate than buying some dump 1,500 miles away that won't make you enough money to pay your rent for one month down there in South OC.
