I can't powerwash when the water will freeze!  

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to do that well when it's freezing outside even though it says it is rated for 5F.  

There was some plumbing work that required that resulted from a leak in April that one weekend where the temperatures dipped below freezing but otherwise everything was in great condition.  

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and find myself reading endlessly about property investment,  but when I feel like I'm ready my feet freeze..  

Toilets will need to be drained and then antifreeze put into the traps to prevent the remaining water from freezing.  

That said, you can still install plants in November, December gets tough because the ground freezes.

With all the freeze and thaw cycles from our harsh Midwest winters the clay pipe has broken apart and collapsed.  

And when I get to the closing costs part...I freeze.

You will expose your water to freezing and bursting. 

In Chicago, in the freezing cold of winter, people still go to bars in droves.
