Take the Date the deed was recorded, look up the feds prime interest rate for that date... add 1 point,  get the number of months since the deed was recorded, and the sale price of the property, calculate the amortization schedule for a loan equal to the sale price of the property, calculate the remaining principle left on the loan if they paid their mortgage every month since the seed was recorded.     4. automate your follow ups.
