If you're going to own what is effectively a vacation home that is shared with guests that enjoy the outdoors, the Oregon Coast offers a little bit of everything from surfing, golfing, fishing, hiking and investing..The bull's eye for STR investment in general is shrinking and constantly moving.

So, I would try to look at that with fresh eyes and evaluate every possibility imaginable before dismissing it.

You will need patience and need to keep your eyes open. 

You may not have ill intent and you might not feel that you're discriminating, but in the eyes of the law, you did with the initial question you asked and doubled down with this response.

Also, don't forget to keep an eye out for the recent BOIR Filing under the Corporate Transparency Act for every LLC you form; hence, a checklist is always helpful.
