It didn't prove easy, given that we were out of state and weren't there to take appointments.

There could be other conditions of course, but that would be something easy and not expensive.Either way, that extra week is some nice revenue and I wouldn't want to miss out on that. i would accommodate them for sure.

Yeah they run a bunch of meetups in the area and Andrew and Jon Bombaci (also a guest) do a great job and are easy to talk to.

I'll say this:-"flipping" a property - buying it, rehabbing it, and selling it - is easy."

I got a referral one time and I brokered a 5 mil apartment building and made 2%  pretty easy transaction they were in a 1031 and paid cash..

If you can put the right systems in place and the market makes sense, I think it's an easy choice for most investors
