And doing them (which again, isn't really worth making a big deal out of 'em) is worth it when you get MLS access, get access to some potential leads you may not have before and speaking from woman to woman...I think we have an advantage a) cuz we're women and I think we get trusted more but b) because we may come across as more trustworthy because we are LICENSED real estate agents.I think it's a win-win...oh and plus, you can get commissions. :-)If you have the cash, go for it or just find (or make a friend) who already has their license.
