PM is a low margin business in contrast to the fees that they must pay out of pocket to operate; insurance, staff, payroll, rent, computers, dues, professional fees/education, bank fees, MLS, advertising, and the list goes on and on..... and someone only wants to pay us dollars a day for doing all we do!!!!!! 

Contrast that to a small 10-unit apartment building.

In contrast, a smaller townhome we rent in Bel Air rents for $1,600.

By contrast, an "executory" contract is one that has been signed by all parties, but the terms of which have not yet been fulfilled.That said, many people use the term "executed" to mean that the contract has been signed by all parties.I've never read anywhere that a contract is not executed until all parties receive a copy -- can you post a link?

Now, this didn't concern me because I had looked at the property and was planning to have an inspection anyway, but my attorney insisted seller redo disclosure paper properly since obviously there are several things wrong with the house which is in direct contrast with what the disclosure states.I brought this up to the realtor and he got very upset about it.

The contrast would inexpensively drastically modernize the exterior.
