I was just in Saint John the other day to look at an apartment building.I agree that TO has the annual immigration, but what percentage of those folks are in a position to purchase a condominium with cash (as immigrants normally cannot access credit until they are are established).I think you are wise to want to sell your units and @Jennifer Tan has some good ideas to help you unload them.

I even explained what I intend to do with the property and how it will make me more money and launch my investing career...

You can usually get those launched decently quickly, but then you have to write the content yourself from scratch, etc. 

One can try to calculate by taking % owned of common areas of the building and total size of the building and / or total size of the land owned by the condominium. 

Sixteen years ago I owned a condominium that I rented out for about 3 years, before I sold it.

I took a road less traveled (non-RE) for my profession, but now that the kids are old enough to allow me to have an out-of-the-home hobby, I am launching into local RE.
