My favorite books when I started off P/T were Gary Keller's The One Thing AND Millionaire Real Estate Agent.

Then you can read a more in-depth book like The Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner or The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing by Spencer Strauss.2.

If this is an STR, DSCR lenders will require that you have booked the property on an STR site for 12 months or have 12 months of prior experience with a different property.
