good bad or indifferent.. belly to belly has exisited and will exist.. but not really for those that simply do not know what they do not know.

He said there was a belly in the line just outside the house wherethe pipe had settled, and that’s why there was standing sewage.

Seems like there’s not enough juice to squeeze out of this one :/ It depends on your goals, if you intend to continue acquiring properties and renting them out, etc then once you have more the low cash flow on this one won’t seem as bad when you have others that are cash flowing really well (if you accomplish that).If this is going to be your one and only or if there is a a major repair (roof, water heater, A/C etc) it could set you back and make a good positive cash flow take even longer to achieve.

Hence, in those markets investors are focusing on how much juice they can extract from a property.

I grew up working hand out and mail out leads.. you simply cannot judge them either when they write in or call in.. this is a belly to belly business. and those who judge leads before sitting in front of the Mark is going to fail every single time..

Most have been around for decades and the reality is that if one goes belly up, their portfolio will get bought out by other companies.

Point her to Youtube where there will be some inspirational Dave Ramsey vids to juice her motivation.

@Tom Bell I don't have a wife yet but that may be changing relatively soon; no kids and definitely don't plan on having any in the next couple years at least!
