As an alternative solution, most of the apartments in Lawrence Township now evict through Superior Court.

We have a SFH in Pflugerville TX (just north of Austin) and most of the leads we see are 1-2 bedroom folks (ours is listed 3bed at $3200/mo).The leads we get from people that want a SFH never materialize.  

Also spell out as much detail as possible in your scope of work with the contractor, you cannot assume that they are thinking the same thing as you when it comes to finishes and material choices.
