@Chris Seveney We are seeing exactly the same thing with the exception of short-term bridge not making it quite to par (low 90s in low double digit coupon rates).

I contacted AirBnB & I ended up (after my stay, we were lucky enough to just bunk with the friend I was visiting on her air mattress) getting a 20% coupon from AirBnB - and this was a Super Host.
