I would try to recess it slightly into the wall so it rests flat on the floor and leaves no gap where it meets the wall.If that's not an option you may have to trim the bottom or side edges so they match whatever angle you actually have.

Add shutters, a nice color on shutters and door, maybe some large decorative home numbers, and maybe a pot or two of colorful flowers by the door that tenant can change out seasonally if they want to, trim existing shrubs and mulch any existing beds.  

Long after the contractor is paid and gone I always find disappointing stuff like poorly done trim or out of square walls. 

Not saying it doesn't happen, but its usually someone making over $120,000 per year paying of $50,000 in 16 months just by not taking 2 vacations and selling their BMW.Our household budget has been trimmed every way possible.
