I’ll have around 46,000 ready to go and I’m ready to take the leap.I live in Tacoma, WA and the markets up here are not going to work for my goals so I’m trying to set up something out of state.

An Alternative location that I would recommend is looking for deals in Tacoma which is really having a huge popularity resurgence with millennials.With that said I would put the extra 50k you have into a safe crypto or one that is going to take a huge jump like AMP while you start driving communities and farming a location.
