California is a gold mine and everyone is jumping out for silver in other states.

I'm wanting to jump on it because the silver lining is that house sits on 5 Lots and the purchase would include the house and all 5 lots, so my initial thought is to purchase the property and sell the 5 lots as Land instead selling the "house."

Im pretty skeptical of that as thats the rent range I get in primo Silver Spring and Rockville locations.  

I've played with stocks and crypto and still hold both, I also love physical Gold and Silver Bullion (not really an 'investment' in the regular use of the word)Real estate gets me pretty excited and I've been learning about it loosely for the last few months.

I am analyzing this SFH in Silver Spring, MD and i notice that on the MD county property tax  data base the amount estimated for 2021(annual) is $482 which is extremely low for a $425k house(realtor.com).
