This shift increases the landlord’s responsibilities.When four separate families live in a building, shared spaces like hallways, driveways, backyards, basements, and laundry areas start to feel less personal to tenants.

This seems ridiculous to me considering that's almost 40%-50% of the loan we are seeking.

Different PM's are pro's at different niches in Mpls, so need to know what this property is to know who is best fit.
