Hello Ryan,I grew up in Minnesota and have several rentals in the area.

My family has owned a few homes and commercial properties so I grew up knowing I want to invest in real estate and do understand it may not be necessarily easy at times, but I am willing to put in the work and effortMy hopes of joining this amazing forum is to make new opportunities possible and network with different individuals with the drive to meet their goals, such as myself.

Just because our family and income grew and we no longer want to live there, doesn't mean that starter home neighborhoods should be avoided. 

I just moved to Naperville, but I grew up in the Southwest suburbs.

I figured i should join and support it since it's been a great source of knowledge and motivation.Long story short, bought my first property in February 2001, and grew up to 17 multi family rental properties with my brother, all bought and rehabbed to maximize rental value.

It is nice to see there is still some of us out there that attend school..Lol I grew up in the Inland Empire and started the investment world out in that region.

I grew up in San Antonio, and we close a fair amount of loans on apartment complexes down there.

I'm looking to invest mainly in rentals in Jacksonville, FL -where I grew up- within the next year and move back permanently as soon as possible to manage them. 

Since I grew up around them, it makes for enjoyable days in the fast-paced world of South Texas oil and gas.
